I really enjoyed the hotel, everything was perfect with a quiet atmosphere. The location was excellent and unbeatable and the staff were amicable. It took only 10 minutes to walk to King Street Shops bus stop. In general the service was welcoming! I had pleasant days staying at this trendy boutique venue.

Important is the Olympia parking garage (500 meters from hotel) where the holiday packed car is safely in a private garage.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Ideal for one night stay. Very good price/quality ratio.
Use Olimpia Parking if you are by car - 500m walk but if you prebook you are guaranteed a spot, otherwise difficult to find a space to park.

Location by the harbour - old fashioned location - may need a bit of updating.
So difficult to get to by car, I had to park in a car park, and get a taxi - we should have been warned how difficult to access by car. No elevator to take our cases up..

The staff at this hotel were fantastic - extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service was top-notch, exceeding our expectations.
The noise from the alleyway outside the hotel. It was a bit noisy, especially during the night, which affected our sleep.

Possible to stay one night to see the city, however no pleasant impressions from the hotel. Parking not included - 15Euro, over 500m from the hotel, no space to unpack near the hotel even for a while. The room was old and weared and in need of refurbishment. On the street near the hotel a big rat crossed my foot.

Central location in vibrant area of the city, just across from the new harbour development, lots of cafes and shops nearby; a real locals' area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. Good value.
Rooms a little basic. Location occasionally noisy, and a little sketchy late at night. Staff had limited English. Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice.

More variety in the breakfast choices would have been nice.

The hotel staff was so welcoming, it felt like I was royalty. The location was great, right by the aquarium. So many fun activities nearby, like boat rides and parks. Also, the view from the window was stunning.of another building.
Oh, I just loved finding a mosquito and a centipede in my unclean room. And who needs light in a hotel room?
